From the first contact and many calls in between-I had all my questions answered ...I was coming from out of state and they made special arrangements to meet my requests..they presented my Son with so much dignity and I can't thank all the staff involved enough..what a beautiful place and respectful staff..thanks for going out of the normal portal for me and my son. .

This one took me a while to write due to the circumstances. This was the only place we needed to visit. From the first call, the staff accommodated and serviced our family well. We did both (funeral service and traditional burial), and throughout it all, they had people to take care of almost everything. The grounds are well kept, they genuinely care, and work hard to make things easy in a very hard moment.

I can't say enough good things about Franchesca, Mary and Leshawn during a very difficult time when my brother passed away recently. Their care and concern I know went beyond what their job calls for. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

This was a beautiful place to attend the memorial for my Auntie. The rain was most unpleasant, welcome to Georgia. The sign placed out front was most welcoming to know we were at the correct location, even the sign placed in the front was most helpful. We arrived at the wrong building first but the water fountain there was beautiful. The interior of the correct location was beautiful and the glass window was pleasing yet the screen hid the beauty. The glass cases niche inside were beautiful. The coffee for guests was nice my husband appreciated that. The slide presentation was nice put on by her nephew. Overall I believe her daughter was pleased with her care for the service of her mother. As an attending person the service was beautiful. We traveled from Florida to pay our respects . ~ may she rest peacefully

Cheatham Hill is a beautiful, well kept cemetery with outstanding facilities

A wonderful place to celebrate and say goodbye to loved ones. Shane and the entire staff were so thoughtful and accommodating during a very difficult time for our family. They have several choices of venues for services within the park, which is very well maintained. They have many different pricing options too to fit any budget. No one really has it together when a family member dies but my husband and I left the day of the service for my father in law thinking that they made it a little bit easier. Definitely recommend.

Southern Cremations & Funerals at Cheatham Hill was my first and only stop as I searched for a burial park. After the very courteous receptionist, I met John Baranchak who was very professional and genuinely caring as he presented the burial services offered at Cheatham Hill. John and the entire Cheatham Hill staff were committed to providing comfort and support during this difficult period of time.

I had the pleasure of doing business with this wonderful facility. You simply couldn’t ask for more compassionate and friendly people. Mrs Lisa Barker, Mr. Jose and Mr.Tony Parker you guys were great!!!

Everyone, from the first day we entered their offices was so professional and yet at the same time so kind, sweet, and treated us with heartfelt sympathy at the sudden and tragic death of our Mom. The funeral was over 250 people and Michelle, Ashlyn and Sandra treated us with respect, and such kindness. I know this sounds crazy, but if you are in the Cobb or Paulding area and are looking for a funeral home or a cemetery I can not recommend Cheatham Hill enough. They were all so sincere and even the gentlemen at the graveside, were respectful and kind. They served us with dignity and made our last moments with our Mom just what we would have wanted to remember her.

Service was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Everything went smoothly and exactly as we wanted. Communication was perfect. We are very thankful for CHMP for helping our family in such a challenging time

The death of a loved one is always hard. Open caskets are common here in the south and often times the loved one you are having the service for is unrecognizable. This place did an excellent job with my grandmother and we are very thankful. She would have been happy with how she was presented she looked beautiful. She was a beautiful person in life and they showed that with the care and detail they put into everything from how her nails were done to how her makeup was made. I was around her quite often and she could have passed for sleeping in a casket in her Sunday clothes and makup on. Staff was friendly, sympathetic and supportive. My husband and I arranged the prepay cremation about 18 months before we needed to use one. The prepay was almost effortless. We never had to leave home and the person on the phone was very helpful. Then, when my husband died, we had absolutely no problem and no issue other than waiting 2 weeks for the death certificates(which could be partially the coroners office's fault). Anyway, I do recommend using the services of Southern Cremations and Funerals. They are professional and easy to work with.
