Addson Santana

September 29, 1981 ~ June 25, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Addson Pereira de Santana, a beloved son, father, cousin and friend. Addson passed away peacefully on June 25, 2024, at age 42 after fighting a battle with glioblastoma cancer. Addson, also known as Bokinha as he liked to be called, lived a full and vibrant life. Always with a smile on his face and a soccer jersey on. He was always ready to help and was always making new friends. He was passionate for life, and he brought love and laughter wherever he was. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Bokinha leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and friendship that will be cherished by all who knew him. He touched the lives of so many with his kindness. His memory will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. Addson is survived by his parents Luiz Carlos and Maria Sildete, 2 brothers Alessandro and Aredson, son David Lucas, wife Diana, 2 nieces Ana Júlia and Maria Vitoria, nephew Lucas, and cousin Wannderson. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.” -2 Timothy 4:7-8 Rest in peace Bokinha. You will always be remembered with love and gratitude
