Our hearts ache at the great loss of our dear friend, one of God’s bright and shining stars. She loved, cared for, and showed much compassion to all persons. She ALWAYS proclaimed: 1.) her love of Jesus, 2.) her love for her honey, Fred, and 3.) her love for her family. Freda left us a lasting testimony of love! I’ll personally miss her sage advice, our adventures together to museums, quilt shows, playing in the dirt (flower gardening), talks in the driveway, many visits and meals with our husbands, other couples, the CDAC Silhouettes or the Delta Dears. Thank you for adopting us as dear friends my Sister….we will forever cherish the memories.

Freda and I were riding partners to chapter meetings and Delta Dear events. We would chat and “solve all the world’s problems” during these drives. We both crocheted and loved hand crafts. She so enjoyed a local quilt show that I took her to see and encouraged me to enter some of my quilts one day. I will always remember her kindness. Rest well, my friend and soror. Jill
