Fairburn Southern Cremations & Funerals
Allen N. Savage of Meriweather County passed away peacefully of natural causes on January 16, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Cindy, mother Virginia and father Thomas H. Savage.
Allen was a devoted father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, and friend. He loved his family deeply, especially expressing this through building the best and biggest fires to hangout around. He was a jack of all trades but found his real joy in his family, hobbies, and explosions. He sought treasure wherever he went; mining for gold, metal detecting, collecting coins, casinos, and playing the lottery. He never met a stranger and lit a firecracker under everyone he knew. He loved pranks more than anyone and looked for every opportunity to make someone laugh. He dreamed big and he loved bigger.
He is survived by his children, Patricia James and Steve Savage; grandchildren Thomas James, Andrew James, Chandler Reese and Isabella Branham; sisters Barbara Matlack, Janice Garcia, Linda White, and Freda Bradshaw; brothers Ronnie Savage and Scott Savage; and, many aunts, uncles, cousins and brother and sister-in-law, all whom he loved.

Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.
