Annie "Joyce" Wilson

Annie “Joyce” Wilson passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024, at 5 pm to be with her Lord and Savior. She was 92 years old, born January 28, 1932, in Auburn, Alabama. Joyce is predeceased by her parents, siblings and daughter-in-law, Donna Wilson. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Henry E. Wilson. She will be remembered by her sons, David (Marie) and Wayne (Mary); daughter, Ruby (Walt); grandchildren, Kristy (Travis), Megan (Justin), Christopher (Shaina), Kaylin (Tyler), Jennifer and Ryan; and 10 great-grandchildren. Joyce was all about family. If she was not with her family, she was working on a puzzle or word search, cooking, gardening or crocheting. She loved the Atlanta Braves and loved to play the slot machines. On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 11:00 am a visitation will be held with service following at 11:30 am at Southern Cremations & Funerals Columbarium, 1861 Dallas Highway SW, Marietta, GA 30064. Internment will soon follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park, 1861 Dallas Highway SW, Marietta, GA 30064.
