Anthony Lanuza Flores

With the humble acceptance of God’s will, Anthony Lanuza Flores, 23 years old, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 4, 2021. Anthony Lanuza Flores was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 5, 1997, to Guillermo Lanuza and Lourdes Flores. He was educated locally at Riverdale High School. Anthony was an active Bible reader at San Felipe De Jesus from the age of 12-17. Anthony had a quirky sense of humor and was quick to help the downtrodden. He had a good heart and was a deep thinker. He was an amazing family man, a loving son, an incredible brother, a wonderful uncle, and an amazing friend. He was selfless in all aspects and would gladly give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He was a very intellectual, wise, bold, courageous, goofy, and light-hearted person. He believed in living life to the fullest and loving every moment as much as possible. Anthony was loved by many and a great joy to be around! He will be most remembered by family, friends, and loved ones for his humorous laugh, wonderful smile, and warm giving heart. We will all love and miss you greatly Anthony. We are so blessed to have had a chance to meet you before you went home to be with Jesus. While it wasn’t nearly long enough, it is more than some people get, and for that, we are blessed. Anthony Lanuza is survived by his parents Guillermo Lanuza, Lourdes Flores, his sister Paloma Lanuza, his brother Anthony Marquez, his niece Gianna Lanuza, his grandparents Pablo Arroyo, Rosa Rosas, and his God Parents Octaviano Ayala and Rosa Flores. Anthony Lanuza is also survived by many more family and friends that he loved dearly. We would also like to thank everyone for their continued support and prayers during this heartbreaking time. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on July 13th, at Southern Cremations and Funerals at Holly Hill 431 SW Broad St, Fairburn, GA 30213 Mass will be held at 12 NOON on July 14th at San Felipe De Jesus 925 Conley Rd, Forest Park, GA 30297 Burial will follow at 2:30 PM on July 14th at Southern Cremations and Funerals at Holly Hill 431 SW Broad St, Fairburn, GA 30213
