Mr. Barry Amos Wade, Sr. of Fairburn passed away December 5, 2022 at 11:11pm after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Barry was born in Atlanta on September 13, 1962, to Amos and Martha Wade. Barry grew up in Fairburn where he graduated from Campbell High School in 1980.
He was an amazing son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He was very well known for his big and giving heart, his passion for always putting a smile on everyone’s face and his love for his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Amos Wade. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Connie Wade of Fairburn; mother, Martha Hindman of Fayetteville; oldest daughter, Felicia Wheeler of Newnan; grandsons, Ethan, Connor and Austin; son, Barry Amos Wade Jr. (BJ) and his fiancé Autumn Stevens of Palmetto; grandchildren, Lucas, Klay and Aubree; youngest daughter, Crystal Wade; sister, Tenena Jean Duck of Forsyth.
Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and loving friends.
