Christy Lynn Wyatt

Christy Lynn Wyatt, 60, of Marietta, GA passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Christy was born in Kankakee, IL to the late Mr. Dean Graves and Mrs. Sylvia Gall Graves on November 27, 1960. Christy proudly served her country as a United States Marine. She spent most of her career in the Mental Health field helping others to achieve their full potential. She loved gardening and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Christy will truly be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Christy is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband and best friend, David Alan Wyatt of Marietta, GA, stepsons; Christopher Wyatt (Annie) of Marietta, GA and Tyler Wyatt of Dahlgren, VA (currently serving in the United States Navy) and her three beloved grandsons; Treyson, Kolson and William Wyatt, Step-father in-law, Bill Wyatt of Paragould, AR, sister-in-law, Deborah Miles (Phillip) of Paragould, AR, her siblings; Gail Oroz (Michael) of Highland, AR, Dean Graves (Rita) of Paragould, AR, Tad Graves (Dolly) of Manteno, IL and John Graves and Dalene Valentine of Floresville, TX. Many nieces and nephews also survive to cherish Christy’s memory. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Cherokee Village, AR on October 8, 2021 at 12:30 in the afternoon. Southern Cremations and Funerals at Cheatham Hill is honored to serve Christy’s family in this most difficult of times.
