Donald Francis Chait, age 84, of Miami, passed away on Sunday, March 31st, 2024, after a brief illness.
Donald was born on September 5th, 1939, to David & Sadie Chait in Passaic, New Jersey. Don, as he is fondly referred to graduate from Coral Gables High School in 1957, he went on to Columbia, South America to hunt snakes and gold prospecting.
After returning from Columbia, he commenced his professional journey at Winn Dixie, marking the beginning of his career. Additionally, he found pleasure in indulging in crossword puzzles and brain teasers, stimulating his intellect and keeping his mind sharp.
