Ifeoluwapo A. Mobolaji

February 21, 1995 ~ November 2, 2024

Ifeoluwa Adenike Mobolaji, 29, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on November 2, 2024, at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born on February 21, 1995, in Livingston, NJ, to George and Afolake Mobolaji Awoyale. Ife was a graduate of Walton High School and earned her degree in Exercise Science and Music Entertainment Business from Kennesaw State University in 2018. She was a woman of many talents, most notably her deep love for music. Ife was a gifted musician who could play a variety of instruments, including the drums, guitar, flute, piano, and many more. She also had a natural aptitude for fixing and creating things—whether it was assembling furniture or repairing the circuitry of a television, Ife’s hands were always busy bringing things to life. A remarkable athlete, Ife competed in numerous track & field events and was also a standout basketball player. Her passion for health and wellness was evident in her love for experimenting with vegan recipes and creating her own plant-based products from scratch.Beyond her hobbies and talents, Ife was deeply passionate about the world around her. She was an avid researcher and never hesitated to share her well-informed opinions on subjects ranging from environmental issues to urban planning, transit, and local politics. Ife’s compassion for those who were oppressed and marginalized drove her to volunteer for political campaigns and dedicate her time to causes she believed in. She was a member of Christ the Light Church, founded by her father George Awoyale where she served relentlessly and found great joy in serving others. Known for her intelligence, kindness, and adventurous spirit, Ife touched the lives of all who knew her. Her witty sense of humor, strong moral compass, and unwavering beliefs will be missed by her family and friends. Though Ife is no longer with us physically, her memory, ideals, and the positive impact she made will continue to guide and influence those who loved her. Ife is survived by her mother, Afolake Mobolaji, sister Ibukun Mobolaji, brothers Igbagbo and Ire Mobolaji and a large extended family of loving relatives and friends. She will be deeply missed but will forever remain in our hearts.
