James Michael Crowe Jr. (JJ) passed away peacefully on October 16, 2022 at Southwest Christian Care.
James Michael Crowe Jr. (JJ) was born to the late James Crowe Sr and Glenda Crowe in East Point GA on January 28, 1977. JJ was a Sports lover and avid Baseball fan. If there was a Jeopardy question related to sports, he knew the answer. JJ was a big man with an equally big heart, often making sacrifices for his friends and family without hesitation. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones.
JJ is survived by his fur baby and little buddy Dexter; his siblings Robert, Nikeya, and Michelle Crowe; his aunts Kathy Clark, Peggy Jordan, Cyndi Strickland; his niece Melinda Crowe; and his nephew Stephen Crowe; as well as all additional close friends, family members and co-workers.
JJ is preceded in death by both his parents and best friend Marcus Hicks.

Q: How would you describe James to someone who had never met them?
A: I’ll always remember JJ as one of the nicest people I knew. We went out to play bingo together my first time. My heart goes out to your family on the passing of JJ. He was a gentle giant, a passionate soul. I will never forget him. He was with us as we celebrated Thanksgiving dinner last year. I’m just grateful that the times we shared will always be profoundly memorable.
