James Ronnie Harmon, 71, passed away on January 31, 2026. He was born on April 3, 1954, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Bill Harmon and Allie Fair McCall.
James graduated from high school in 1973 and worked as a forklift driver for 25 years before retiring. During his career, he received multiple awards for superior standards and was recognized with his own parking space.
Ronnie enjoyed fishing, playing pool, watching NASCAR, and following UGA football and the Atlanta Braves.
He is survived by his sister, Rita Lee; brother, Douglas Harmon; nephews Mike McAdams and Joshua Harmon; nieces Sandra Kuykendall and Jennifer Harmon; great-nieces Bella, Emma, and Peyton Kuykendall, and Kaitlin Harmon; great-nephew Emmitt White; along with many great-great nieces and nephews, friends, and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Harmon; mother, Allie Fair McCall; brothers Walter Harmon and Wayne Harmon; sisters Gaye Harmon and Linda White; and nephew Lamar White.
