Our condolences to Judy, Larry and the family.
Bill and I met John and Judy at Palmetto golf course in 2014. We had such fun playing, exchanged phone numbers, and played golf every week for many years. John was such a very kind human…being extra kind when Bill developed Alzheimer’s in 2017. After Bill’s passing, I continued playing with John and Judy.
I will miss his smile, watching him play golf so very well, and knowing that he is in a better place with Jesus.
God bless this man and his family.

I worked with John for a number of years (off and on) at the Sprayberry Branch of the Marietta, GA Post Office. John was a Rural Carrier. I was his supervisor from time to time, depending on which branch I was assigned over the years. John came to work every day with a positive and pleasant attitude. He NEVER had a bad day. Regardless of the work load, the ever-changing bureaucratic rules, the stress, he NEVER complained. His customers NEVER called to report any kind of misdelivery or issue. In short, a quality person that always did the right thing. I lost touch with John after we both retired. So sorry to hear about his passing. A good man.
