We are devastated to announce that on March 5th 2024, Jonathan Jackson loving Father and Son, passed away at the age of 49. Jonathan was born July 30, 1974 to his mother Bonnie Vaughn in Tucker GA, and grew up in Newnan Ga where he attended Newnan High School and graduated class of 1992.
Jonathan was an amazing son, brother, uncle, father and devoted fiancé, best friend and inspiration to many, whose love transformed the lives of everyone he encountered.
Jonathan dedicated his life to every single one of his loved ones and family members and was a shoulder to lean on for anyone who needed it. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people, share himself and evoke that same spirit of love in each person he knew. He brought joy and laughter to everyone he met…with his quick wit, goofy personality, warm smile, world-renowned hugs and unbounded love. No matter the circumstance, you'd always leave with a story of something funny Jonathan said or did while you were with him.
He leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family and friends. He truly brought the life to the party.
Jonathan was survived by his father and mother, Johnnie and Bonnie Vaughn. He is survived by his partner and fiancé, Alisa Digeronimo. His sons, Alex Jackson and Dylan Jackson. His beloved daughter, Josie Jackson. His extended family includes his brothers Danny Jackson and Lamar Jackson, his sister, Jessica Justus and her husband Jerome Justus, who he considered a brother as well. A beloved uncle, David Randall.His beloved nieces and nephews; Lauren Justus and her partner Jacob Hillis, Emily Martindale and her husband Jamin along with his great nephew Cyrus, Allison Moore and her partner Preston Lindros, Youngest niece Chloe Justus, his namesake his nephew Jaxson Justus. His niece Lily Jackson, and nephew Lucas Jackson.

Bonnie and Johnnie, I can’t begin to imagine what you are going through. I just don’t know what to say. My thoughts, prayers and good everything is what I wish for you and hopefully one day it will get a little easier.
