Judy Carol Wilkins

Judy C. Wilkins is best known as Judy, Mom and Grandma. Judy passed away peacefully at her new home in Rockmart, Georgia on August 30 at 1:47 pm. She went to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 74 years old. She was born June 29, 1949, in Cullman, Alabama. Judy retired from the internal revenue service after 47 plus years. She is predeceased by many. Her father and mother, Bessie and Alton Moody; her brother, Alton Glenn Moody; and granddaughter, Haley Grace Wilkins. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Leon Sanford Wilkins and her sister, Patricia or also known as Aunt Pat Davidson; her son, John Paul Wilkins; daughter(s) Barbara or known as Barbie Wilkins, and Christine Brooks; grandchildren, Xanth Wilkins, North Wilkins, Caleb Briggs Autumn Brooks, Brinanna Brooks; and one fur-child lovingly referred to as her granddog, Bella. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, Allison Rhodes-Wilkins and Gregory Wimbley; as well as many more nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones. Celebration of Life will be held at Southern Cremations & Funerals: 1861 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA. 30064 on Saturday September 9, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
