Kemy Howley was born on August 24,1967 in the city of Hondo Valle, Dominican Republic at 10 am. His parents are Carlos Manuel Howley Ogando and Rosa Emilia Ramirez. Even though he was the youngest, he was well respected and loved by his siblings. Kemy completed primary and secondary years of schooling in the city of Hondo Valle. At the age of 18, he moved to the town of Haina, Dominican Republic where he reencountered his Lord and Savior.
In 1992, Kemy met a young lady by the name of Aleyda Sanchez, with whom he joined in marriage in 1997 at City Hall. In 1998, the two were joined under the blessing of our Lord in the town of Haina, Dominican Republic. From this marriage, two children were born: Kenia Celeste and Kemy Rafael Howley.
Kemy migrated to the United States in 2005 where he reunited with his family in the borough of the Bronx, New York. In 2006, Kemy moved to the State of Georgia with his family. During the last 16 years, Kemy worked at Deer Land Company in Kennesaw.
Kemy, together with his wife, Aleyda, were co-pastors of Rebirth Church in Powder Springs. They later became members of Senda de Restauracion Church in Kennesaw. Kemy and his wife left Path to Restoration Church to pastor Restaurando Vidas Church in Dallas, GA. There they were of great help and blessings to their flock of sheep.
Kemy was a great and marvelous husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. The emptiness his departure has left will never erase his sincerity, honesty, warmness, smile, and sense of humor. Above all, his love and dedication to the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ will be remembered always.
Today, we celebrate Kemy's life. Thanking God for the years He allowed Kemy to be a part of our lives.
