Lawrence Williams

Lawrence Williams was born on November 7, 1931 in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands to Isaac Williams & Alice Eliza George-Williams. As he wished, Lawrence departed this life peacefully in his sleep on February 1, 2023. Lawrence was from a large, blended family and was the last of his siblings. He lived life to the fullest. In his later years, he gave his life to Christ and was baptized. He was a longstanding member of Bethel Gospel Tabernacle in Queens, NY and later, of Evangel Church in Long Island City, NY. He relocated to Georgia as he got older and suffered from several ailments in order to be cared for by his extended family. With deepest gratitude and appreciation, the family of Lawrence Williams acknowledges the many expressions of love and concern that has been shown during the bereavement of our beloved family member.
