Leonard Perry Bishop was born January 30, 1940, to Vivian and Fred Aker in East St Louis, IL.
Leonard was the oldest of his 2 siblings, Pamela Bertz and Robert Aker.
He graduated from Ventura High School in 1958 and shortly after he enrolled in Ventura Junior College. While attending Ventura Junior College he met the love of his life, Linda Bishop. Leonard and Linda married August 20, 1960, and from their union birthed two beautiful daughters, Debbra and Brenda. Leonard and Linda found joy in exploring different wineries all throughout the state of California and spent time together camping, fishing and bowling.Leonard is preceded in death by his mother and father, Vivian and Fred Aker.
Leonard leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters, Debbra (Frank) Rupp, Brenda (Randy) Price, seven grandchildren, Kristin Davis, David Price, Aimee Price, Justin Mauldin, Skyler (Sarah) Price, Joshua Smith and Joseph (Brittany) Rupp, eight great-grandchildren, Emileigh Price, Mason Price, Noah Allen, Carson Price, Paisleigh Price, Grayson Price, Owen Miller, Ivan Mauldin and a host of family and friends.
He will truly be missed.
