Lottie Dianne Solomon

Lottie Dianne Solomon, age 85, of Dallas, GA, passed away early on Christmas morning, Wednesday, December 25, 2024. Dianne was born in Concord, NC, on December 18, 1939, daughter of the late Grace Elizabeth Mann and the late Ottis Fitzhugh Smith. In addition to her parents, Dianne was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert Samuel Solomon, brother, Thomas Wayne Harrell, and grandson, Isaac Samuel Solomon. Dianne is survived by son, Michael (Stacey) Solomon, daughter, Teresa (Bobby) Helms, three grandchildren, Noah Solomon, Nicholas (Alissa) Helms, and Michelle (Jeff) Holstein, great-granddaughter, Ella Holstein, brother, Charles Owen Harrell, Jr. and sister-in-law, Eva Harrell. Funeral services will be held for Dianne on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Southern Cremations and Funerals Chapel with Reverend Jim Gable and Chaplain James Kenton officiating. Interment will follow in Cheatham Hills Memorial Park. Pallbearers will include Noah Solomon, Jeff Holstein, Bobby Helms, Jim Gable and Chaplain James Kenton. The family will receive friends in the chapel from 10:00 am until the funeral hour. While flowers are welcome, the family will also be grateful for donations to Rockmart First Methodist Preschool in memory of Dianne.
