Luther "Luke" Dean Granger

GRANGER, Luther (Luke) D. Granger, 88, of Jonesboro, Ga. Passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. He was the son of the late John Frank and Effie Lee Granger. He is preceded in death by his wife Peggy Moore Granger, brothers; John F. Granger Jr., Edgar (Pete) Granger and sister; Alice Granger. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sister Mrs. Robert E. (Doris) Teal, nephew Jerry Jobe and wife Joy and several nieces and nephews. He was a retired Ford Motor Company employee with over 25 years of service. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Southern Cremations and Funerals – Fairburn, 431 SW Broad Street, Fairburn, Ga. 30213, 770 964-7833. Graveside services honoring Mr. Granger will be on following the viewing at 11:00AM at Holly Hill Memorial Park. Service officiated by Pastor Tony Thompson.
