Eldon Eugene Kennedy, Sr. age 68; a resident of Rex, Georgia passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at Piedmont Henry Hospital of Stockbridge, Georgia. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM; from the chapel of Southern Cremations & Funerals at Eastlawn Memorial Park, located at 640 McGarity Road, McDonough, Georgia 30252.

We were riding a mini bike together and we were on the side walk. A car was parked in the driveway across the sidewalk, so we had a choice, to either hit the tree by the sidewalk or the car blocking the sidewalk as there were no brakes on the mini bike. Eldon said hit the tree because if we hit the car Dad’s going to have to pay for it. So we hit the tree. He lost a tooth that day and I got scrapped up. One I will never forget. I wish we could do it all over again
It’s hard too let go but remember God’s promises daily.
We wish you peace and comfort as you grieve the loss of Uncle Eldon.
