Q: How did you meet Rodney?
A: I met Rook when I moved to the Grove Park neighborhood back in 1973. I lived across the street from his grandparents. So we would play outside as kids do and his family was my second family and mine for him. Since his cousin Greg was my age with Rodney two years behind we carried our friendship and brotherhood into adulthood.
We used to create our own dances and show out on the dance floors. Always dressed to impress and he to keep us laughing until we cried. Great memories my brother. Much love and respect 🙏🏼.
