Susan is survived by her two living children, Austin Jackson Williams and Katie Scarlett Williams. Susan's life was one of kindness, love, sacrifice, and of service. She touched so many peoples’ lives in so many ways. It is both a privilege and honor to have known her and to have been loved by her. The world will be a little bit darker without Susie Sunshine, but that shadow gives all of us an opportunity to be more thoughtful and kind. Her mark on our lives will not be forgotten and her courage to be the best version of herself is proof that a sober life is a happy life. She loved all three of her children more than anything, adored her dog ‘Little Bit’, enjoying her job as a lunch lady, and made the best arts and crafts. Susan may not be here with us, but she would want all of us to be kind and know that she loves you.

Thank you Susan for being you. Definitely one of the most pure hearted loving people I have had the privilege to know. I will always treasure my memories of the times the kids and I, along with our wiener dog Max, spent weekends at Susan’s hanging out and enjoying good times. My heart finds comfort that she is reunited with loved ones, but it breaks because the sun doesn’t shine as brightly without Susan. I love you.
