Victor Desmond Scarlett, 102, passed away on March 27, 2025, after a long and fulfilling life.
Victor was born on October 31,1922 in St. James Parish, Jamaica, West Indies. His parents were Rebecca Grant and Joseph Scarlett. He was the youngest of six children. As a little boy, he welcomed the Lord into his life and remained a devoted servant until death. He was a faithful member of Westside Community Church, Apopka, FL.
Victor learned the value of hard work at a very young age. As a child, he and his brother assisted his father in working on their land. Although he did not care for the early morning work, it laid the foundation to him becoming a hard worker and businessman.
He leaves behind his loving daughters, his grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. His legacy of hard work, love, and strength will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.

I Brenda Silvera met Mr Scarlett in Palm Key Apartment complex by my husband Howard Silvera. My Scarlett was a fun guy. He loved his birds, and they were beautiful. He and I would wash our cars together .He had so much wisdom to share. Between listening to him and washing the cars . Wisdom was more important We had delightful time and he truly will be missed. Brenda and Howard Silvera
