She was loved by many friends and family across the United States and will be deeply missed.

When I heard of Wanda’s illness, I was hopeful & optimistic for her. When I heard of her passing, I was deeply saddened.
Wanda was my childhood friend & teen years sweetheart. She sat in the bleachers with my cousins & cheered for me when I pitched little league baseball. She sat & fished with me on the banks of the Withlacooche River in Brooks County Georgia! I wrote letters to her when I was in Navy boot camp in 1970. When I shipped out overseas in the Navy in 1972, Wanda & I lost contact. Perhaps had I been less restless & more mature, who knows what may have transpired.
To Wanda, please rest in peace my sweetness & know that I will always respect & remember you! To Wanda’s loved ones, I offer my sincere condolences & I share your pain🙏.
Sincerely,
Paul Cullen
