William Arnold Howard Jr.

On July 6, 2024, William (Billy) Arnold Howard, Jr. passed away peacefully at age 56, in Griffin, Georgia. Billy has resided in Griffin, Georgia for the last several years.He was born on October 10, 1967, in East Point, Georgia. There he grew up and attended Briarwood High School. He worked for Triangle Engineering in Jacksonville, Arkansas for 12 years. While at Triangle Engineering, he worked in fabrication, where he was promoted to supervisor. Since returning to the Atlanta area, he has worked at several plants including Variety Wholesale, Mando and Laser Tech in Peachtree City, Ga. Billy was OSHA certified on forklifts, and regularly performed safety and maintenance checks. He also had experience with lathe drill presses and band saws. He is preceded in death by his father, William Arnold Howard, Sr. Billy is survived by his son, William Andrew (Drew) Howard, daughter Brittany Howard and grandson Axton Howard, mother and stepfather, JoAnn and Clifton Burr, sister, Diana Russell, brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Stephanie Howard and several nieces and nephews. He was cremated at Southern Cremations and Funerals in McDonough, Georgia. No services are planned
