Ellen Frances McCloy

Ellen Frances McCloy, 75 years old, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on January 10, 2020 at home in Dallas, Georgia. Arrangements are by Southern Cremations and Funerals. Ellen was born in Brooklyn, NY to Dorothy and John Wright on September 9, 1944. She attended John Jay High School in Brooklyn, New York. In 1969 she moved to Brevard County, Florida where she later met the love of her life, Wayne H. McCloy. She retired on December 31, 2010 from Health First Cape Canaveral Hospital where she handled medical insurance for many years. In November of 2019 she moved to Dallas, Georgia with her daughter and son-in-law. She is preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Wayne H. McCloy; her father, John Wright; her two sisters, Darlene Wright and Dorothy Lonnborg, and her brother George Wright. Ellen is survived by her daughter, Tammy L. Carlsen and son-in-law, ALberto Fuentes of Dallas, Georgia; sister, Giselle Savage of Ronkonkoma, NY; brother, John Wright of Port Jefferson Station, NY; brother Wayne Wright of Merrick, NY; mother, Dorothy Wright of Hellertown, PA.
