Jennifer Marie Bigliardi, age 36, went to be with her lord and savior on January 18, 2020 at Kennestone Hospital in Georgia. She had been living with her father in Georgia for the past few months.
THE CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICEs ORIGINALLY SHEDULED HAVE BEEN CANCELED, to be rescheduled at a later date.
Jennifer was born June 9, 1983 in Johnson City, TN, and grew up in Bristol, TN. She was a very hard worker and excelled at anything she set her mind to. She started working at age 16 at Burger King in Bristol, TN prior to her graduation from Tennessee High School in 2001. She attended East Tennessee State University full time for a year. She continued part time while helping to raise two children whom she dearly loved and working at the same time. She took a break from pursuing her degree while being a full-time mother, but it was her dream to go back and obtain a degree in finance.
Jennifer’s 11-year-old son Sabastian was born on June 3, 2008. He was her pride and joy and she “loved him to the moon and back”.
She worked various jobs in her lifetime, including food service, construction work, banking, home healthcare, assistant manager at a retail store, and mother and homemaker.
Jennifer loved spending time with children, the elderly, and animals. She had a very giving heart, and got great pleasure in doing for and giving to others. She enjoyed music, dancing, crafting, coloring, and card games, as well as billiards and swimming. Her smile and laughter were contagious. She loved her children and family so very much. She always put others first. She loved to give and do things for others no matter what struggles she was going through herself, but her nurturing nature could only encompass so much.
She is survived by her father, Richard Bigliardi of Kennesaw, GA; her mother, Cynthia Igou and step-dad Alex of Bristol, TN; her brother, Scott Bigliardi and wife Maria of Bluff City, TN; a step-sister, Carolyn Creamer and husband Anthony of Marietta, GA; a step-sister, Stephanie Linkous of Johnson City TN; her son, Sabastian of Bluff City, TN; two “step-children,” Clayton and Kaylee Dunn of Bristol, TN; a maternal grandmother, Marion Reed of Rome, NY; and numerous aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her step-mother Kathryn Bigliardi of Kennesaw, GA, her paternal grandparents Ernest and Marion Bigliardi of Baldwinsville, NY, and maternal grandfather David Reed of Rome NY.
In lieu of flowers, savings accounts for college are being set up for her son Sabastian. Donations may be sent to Jennifer’s Dad, Richard Bigliardi at 3136 Brookeview LN NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152 or her mom, Cynthia Igou, at 203 Greenfield Place, Bristol, TN, 37620.
