Fairburn Southern Cremations & Funerals
John Wesley Arnold, Jr. was born on February 6, 1947 to Leola and John Wesley Arnold, Sr. in Atlanta, GA. After admirably fighting various illnesses for 15 years, he passed on March 30, 2020.
During his life, he worked up the ranks to a supervisory position at Georgia Power. After leaving Georgia Power, he delivered and maintained the mechanical aspects of tractor trailer trucks and other service vehicles. His love for tailored yard work, his fascination with guns and hunting, and his avid reading habits, inspired and touched many. He carried a loyal and passionate love for all his family and friends.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Margaret Arnold; three children, Katrina Coleman, Juerita Barriere, and Brandi Coleman; two stepsons, Inglis Hunter and TaQua Thrasher; 11 grandchildren; 5 siblings; and a host of other devoted family and friends.
His life and his ability to push through the setbacks of life will live with us forever, and he will be forever missed.

Katrina, Juerita & Brandi I’m very sorry to hear about dad. I pray that God grants you peace and strength during your unimaginable sorrow. With deepest sympathies, Shaunya Chavis-Rucker Fairburn, GA
