On April 10th, 2020 Kaye passed away in her home in Dallas, GA surrounded by family.
Kaye was born on May,22nd,1945 to Mrs. Doris Lavine and Mr. Paul David Fuller in Atlanta, GA. She was a very bright and beautiful child. At the age of two years old she recited the book the Night before Christmas by memory on stage at church’s around Atlanta. She graduated from Northside high school, and later graduated from The University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree. Kaye then dedicated her life as a secretary on the flight line at Lockheed Martin for 54 years. She was married to Leroy Fowler for 48 years and they had two daughters Thelma Kristine Stoe and Wendi Lee Smith. Through out her life she touched so many lives with her kindness and dedication. She took care of her staff at Lockheed Martin where she would cook a special meal for birthdays and make sure they had coffee in their office each day. She also made special gifts and always treated everyone like family. Her favorite hobbies where spending time with family, arts and craft projects, cooking and shopping (She could out shop us all). She has five grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren who knew her as Mamaw. She loved her family more than herself and was involved in each their lives. She will be dearly missed my family, friends and co-workers. Her viewing will be Wednesday, April 15th,2020 from the hours of 2PM-5pm and all Covid19 Restrictions will be enforced. Mrs. Fowler was my best friends Mother. My heart goes out to all of the family. I’ve been praying for every one of you. I know how special she was to all of you. I know she was a proud Mom, and Grandmother! Y’all family is truly one of a kind, closer than most families that I know, and I know that closeness came from her, as the center of your family. I know she was proud to have a family that is so tight knit, and everyone is there for everyone and.. honestly I’ve never known a family to be as close as y’alls is. She was obviously a wonderful example of love and friendship! I’m so very sorry for your loss. Please know that y’all are all in my prayers and will continue to be! God bless you all. I would like to express my condolence to the family. We too will miss her who had the privilege of having her as our Secretary, she looked after us quite well. I speak from severing as a Shop Steward in a Department she was Secretary in for over ten years, where she always provided me timely information and being on the Negotiating Committee where she helped to make certain my pay from the company was correct. I also appreciated the friendship we maintained over the years, we will miss you Kaye, we already have. May you comforted and continue to be bless by our Lord.
I would like to offer my condolences to the family. Kaye had such a great spirit and was so kind. I enjoyed our conversations about life, family, and everything in between. It will be very difficult to walk by her desk and not see her there anymore. She will definitely be missed. I pray that the family finds the strength to get through this difficult time.
