Glennis Irene Hudson

Glennis Irene Sauls Hudson, age 87, of Cartersville, GA passed away peacefully on June 7th, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Glennis was born in Marietta, GA on November 28th, 1932. Glennis worked at Bellsouth from 1952 until she retired in 1989. After her retirement, she spent every moment with her family. Glennis put everyone else above herself and loved with all her heart. Glennis is preceded in death by her husband, William Lloyd Hudson; parents, Harry Elbert Sauls Sr and Georgia Irene Sullivan Sauls; her siblings, Harry Sauls, Charles Sauls, John T Sauls, Frank Sauls, Joe Sauls, Joyce Sauls, and Fannie Mae Sauls. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Worley and son-in-law David Worley of Taylorsville, GA; grand-daughter, Heather Worley of Taylorsville, GA; great grand-daughter, Madison Everett of Taylorsville, GA; sister, Patsy Archer of California; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, June 12th, 2020 at 10AM at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park with service and burial to follow, officiated by Greg Hood of Trinity Baptist Church in Cartersville, GA. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Assured Hospice.
