Ramona Whaley Smith

Mrs. Ramona Whaley Smith was born on June 6, 1935 to the late William Jackson and the Late Maude Rice in Baldwin, GA. She was the second out of four children. She was preceded in death by her husbands and a grandson, Robby. Mrs. Ramona was educated in the Stone Mountain School System during her childhood. In her spare time she loved crocheting and preparing for the holidays. One of her favorite things to do was supporting her grandchildren and being their number one fan, where it was in sports or anything that enjoyed doing. Every year, another one of her favorite things to do, was vacation in Helen, GA with her family. It was her passion to always be there for her family, laughing with her family, and enjoying her family. The precious memories that she shared will be left with her children: Gary V. Whaley (Allene), Debbie Dickson, Scott Smith (April), Mike Smith (Barbara), and Pam Kent (Todd); 13 grandchildren; 9 and counting great-grandchildren; brother: W.C. Rice (Robin) of Grayson, GA; special nephew: William Studdard; and a host of other relatives and friends.
