I have known Janet for the five years we played as canasta partners at the Snellville Sr. Center. I will miss her presence and cheerful disposition . She was always willing to share her snacks! Joan Gornstein
When I was a teenager, Janet was a part of my life for a period of time. She was unconditionally kind to me when I did not deserve it, and I wish I had known how special she was. I will miss her laugh and her voice and her kindness so much. Everyone in my family used to say how smart she was. I wish I had been able to get in touch with her again as an adult before finding out about her passing.
