Brooksie Lee Elder, 60 of Newnan, GA passed away Tuesday, October 13,2020 at Harbor Grace Hospice in Atlanta, GA with her loving family by her side.
Brooksie was born in Warm Springs GA to the late Booker T and Ilene Parker. A lifelong Georgia residence, spending many of her years incarcerated and giving her life to God. That did not stop her faith hope and love for Christ. She shared her love for God with for God with all those who knew her. She loved her family and sharing God’s love with them.
Brooksie was a positive and loving person. She really enjoyed helping others and would give her last to help those in need.
She is survived by 3 children, Jarmaine Elder, Sr., Sharon Alvarez and Eugene Elder. 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, a sister, Annie Louis Hollis and Chris Parker.
