Charles "Marty" Hux

July 28, 1974 ~ December 4, 2020

Marty Hux died unexpectedly December 4, 2020. He was born July 28, 1974, in Atlanta, the son of Charles M. and Judy (Johnson) Hux. Marty graduated from Fayette County High School, class of 1992. Following graduation he lived in Florida, Tennessee and Georgia. He enjoyed traveling and experiencing different things. Marty always enjoyed traveling with his dad when he was growing up. He was always up for the adventure. Marty was a friend to everyone he met. He was always surrounded by his friends. Marty was an amazing uncle and great uncle. He was always willing to play with them and be there for them. His great nephew called him “Nardy” and he loved him so much. Marty loved his family, especially his sweet momma. They always had a very special bond and could finish each other’s sentences. Marty was always the clown and loved to make people laugh and he was great at it. Marty was loved. Marty is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Martin and Hazel Hux as well as Andrew and Gladys Johnson. He is survived by his parents Charles and Judy Hux, sister Melissa Masuicca and her husband Chuck; nephew Hunter Neal; Niece Hailey Patterson; great nephew Gannon as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive family and friends on December 19, 2020 from 2-4 at a local residence. Please contact the family for exact location.

  3. I’ve only known Marty 4 or 5 years, in that time I felt a bond right from the start. Always bustin’ each others chops to get a laugh whether in person, a phone call or texts. You’ll truly be missed and at the same time remembered Captain.
