Peter and Paul Award from the Archdiocese of Birmingham for their faithful service to St. William Catholic Church. Carlton was known as the "King of Roux" after making many pots of Gumbo for St. William's annual Seafood Festival.

Thinking of the Fritts family with love at this difficult time!
We send you thoughts of comfort.
I was lucky to get to know Mr. Carlton while working at RSVP doing the tax program. He was always helpful and pleasant. We have already talked about how much he is going to be missed this tax season because of moving to Georgia. My love and prayers go out to Mary and the family. He was a rare jewel.
Carlton was the sweetest man I volunteered with, never failing to help when asked, happy to share his knowledge and expertise, and always smiling! (He had a great “chuckle.”) I know his family and friends will miss him dearly. He was truly a lovely and beloved man. Chris Segatti RSVP Tax Volunteer
I am so sorry to learn of Mr. Fritts passing; he was a fine man and will be missed in a big way.
