Stephen D Goods

Stephen Darnell Goods was born August 11th, 1965 in Brooklyn New York to the late Desiree McDougle Clark. Stephen was later adopted and raised by the late Lenore and Edward Goods. Stephen was also the eldest of 10 siblings. Stephen grew up in Roselle, New Jersey where he attended elementary, middle, and high school. While attending Abraham Clark High School, Stephen was a member of the high school chorus where he was a lead soloist. Stephen was also a member of the high school boys track team. After graduating from Abraham Clark High School in 1984, Stephen pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at Union County College located in Elizabeth New Jersey. Stephen attended Bethel Seventh Day Adventist Church in Jersey City New Jersey where he was a member of The Youth Adult Choir, Youth Usher Board and, The Pathfinders Team. In 1989 Stephen relocated to Atlanta Georgia where he later raised his son Taghee, and worked in the hotel and security industry for over 30 years. On December 19th 2020 Stephen gained his wings leaving to mourn his only child whom he cherished, Taghee Josiah Goods, four sisters; Darlene Goods Green, Leslie Plaskett, Jamella Jordan, Fatima Clark Smith, six brothers; Dwayne Jordan, Kareem Clark, Jerome Goods, Brian Skeets, Edward Brown, and Lamont Sullivan. Stephen had three sisters in law; Kimberlyn Pickens, Rene’ Sullivan, Al-Kiesha Brown, and a brother in law, Wesley Smith. Stephen also had a great many nieces and nephews, just to name a few; Azhia Goods, Jasmynn Green, Lawrence Goods, Eryn Goods, Elise Hanton, Uriah Plaskett, Avery Jones, Kamiyah Clark, Kai-Nori Clark, Kealin Clark, Kaelin Clark, Josiah A. Jordan Jr. Letrel Smith, Zayden Smith, Jorden Smith and; a host of other family and friends to carry on. Rest on Stephen….
