Marietta Southern Cremations & Funerals
Rex A. Moon passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the age of 57. He was born in Virginia on March 10th.
He attended Patrick Henry High School in Ashland, Virginia. He later moved to Georgia to start his own business which became Rex Moon's Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing. He was a great father and a loyal friend to everyone he knew. He was always laughing, smiling and had a willingness to lend a hand whenever he could because he never said "NO". He was a true kid at heart and will always be loved and missed by all he knew. We wish him a farewell as he now spends his time with his loved ones who have passed before him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Lucille and his father, Thurman Oscar Sr., 2 brothers and a sister. He is survived by his 3 daughters; Amanda Davis (Gary), Brittney Moon, and Brianna Moon; his 5 grandchildren, Tres, Phoebe, Gage, Cheyenne, and Ryan; his 6 siblings, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Rex's life will be held at Southern Cremations & Funerals located at 1861 Dallas Highway SW Marietta, GA 30064 on Tuesday January 5, 2021 from 2-5 PM. In lieu of flowers the family would like for you to consider making a donation on his behalf to the ASPCA and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because of his love for animals and helping others.
