Betty Griffin

Betty S. Griffin, age 93, passed away on January 20th, 2021 in Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton, Georgia. She is survived by her son Charles E. Griffin Jr., of Marietta; her daughter Tricia Paul and son in law, Mick Paul, of Canton; her son Randy Griffin and daughter in law, Cindy Griffin of Alpharetta. Along with 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Betty was born on July 3, 1927 in Knoxville, Tennessee, to parents Carl H. Smith and Marie L. Smith. Betty lived the majority of her life in Marietta and was a 1945 graduate of Marietta High School. For the majority of her life Betty was a housewife and mother to her 3 children. In her later years she worked for Genesee General. Betty was a devoted mother, loved her children to the fullest and will be missed forever. A graveside service is scheduled for January 28th, 2021 for the immediate family.
