DeGail Jean Linson Storey went home to Jesus on January 23, 2021 at the age of 64. DeGail was born to J.W. Jackson and Betty Jean Linson Bell on October 21, 1956 in Lafayette, Alabama. In 1973, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she later met the love of her life, Michael Storey, better known as “Big Mike”. They have been together for over 41 years. Together, they raised 8 beautiful children, who were the most important part of their lives.
DeGail devoted her life to her calling of ministry and ordained in 2001. She later earned her prophetess ordination in 2015. She was an unbending soldier for Jesus who enjoyed cooking for her family and singing. DeGail will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
DeGail is survived by her husband, Michael Storey; her children, Keith Linson and his wife Shari, Michael Linson, Tiffany Linson, Akira Storey, Demetrice Linson Sr., Nakia Linson, Kendall Coates and her husband Marvin and Joshua Storey. Her siblings; Donald Linson, Winston Bell III, JoAnn Bell, Phyllis Phillips, Scott Bell and Tera Bell. Her grandchildren; Demetrice Linson II, Daelyn Smith, Josiah Frederique and Brayden Linson, cousins, nephews and nieces.
