Frances Mary MacNeil

August 2, 1950 ~ April 16, 2021

Frances Mary MacNeil went to be with the Lord on April 16th 2021. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts and was the beloved daughter of the late John F. MacNeil and Verna M. MacNeil, and the loving sister of the late “Sonny”. Her memory lives on with her daughter Melissa Cordova, son in law Art Cordova, son Paul MacNeil, and daughter in law Angelia MacNeil. Full of smiles her greatest gifts on earth were her grandchildren Arturo and Cristian Cordova and Zara and Asher MacNeil and great grandson Micah MacNeil. Family came first and was above all else to her, a value she instilled in all those around her. Frances was lovingly known by many as Ma. It was later in life, that Frances found love and companionship with Charles Brewer, the two were inseparable from the day they met. This relationship expanded our family unit with the addition of his beautiful family Tim and Renae O’Meara and their children Connor, Caitlin, and Chris. She will be always remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend whose greatest passion was helping others. No obstacle was too large and each day was a blessing. She was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. She leaves us rich in memories and will be forever loved and remembered. A Special thanks to her wonderful doctor and nurses at Wellstar who provided invaluable care to Mom for many years during her journey with breast cancer. Services will be held on Friday April 23rd at 2:00pm at Southern Cremations and Funerals, Cheatham Hill Memorial Park 1861 Dallas Highway Marietta, GA 30064.
