Julie Ann Davis

August 11, 1968 ~ June 9, 2021

Julie Ann Davis, a Homemaker and beloved Mother, passed away unexpectedly in Covington, GA on June 9th, 2021, at the age of 52. She will always be remembered as strong, resilient, dedicated, and determined to make life work for her. She was also selfless and gave all she could to make sure others had the things they needed. She was no nonsense and unapologetic if your nonsense was unacceptable in her eyes. She still loved everyone equally despite their flaws. Julie is survived by her Husband, Lee Bexley; her Father, David F. Davis; her Son, Devin Corley, and spouse Sarah Corley; her Daughter, Cheyenne Bexley; her Brother, Timothy Davis, and spouse Melissa Davis; her Brother Michael Davis, and spouse Debora Davis; Nephews, Lathin Davis and Caleb Davis; her Grandchildren; Evelyn and Madeline Corley along with another baby girl on the way, and extended family, Johnny Allen and Cassidy Allen. Julie was born in Atlanta, GA on August 11, 1968 to David F. Davis and Laura Ann White (Davis). She attended Thornwell Presbyterian School for Kids. She married Lee Bexley on December 3, 1999 and created a home for her and her family. She always managed to keep things going even in rough times. She was always an understanding ear for her son, her husband’s rock, and her daughter’s teacher, mentor, and best friend. Julie was a devoted mother who loved Native American Culture and pulling pranks on her friends and family. Her favorite hobbies were shopping at yard sales, flea market trips and seeing her grand babies. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She worked at many grocery stores and loved working in the bakery where she felt at home making cakes and decorating them. It is difficult to encompass all of Julie in one section but for all you that knew her just carry her on in your hearts.
