Henry Ededem Udoh

Henry Ededem Udoh, age 70, passed peacefully in his home May 30, 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia. Late Sir Henry E Udoh is survived by his wife Gertrude Udoh, of 45 years of marriage; his four children Peace, Ivana, Mary and Itoro Henry Udoh Jr; along with his six grandchildren. Sir Henry was born on September 10, 1951 in Uyo Akwairom State, to Edith and Jude Edem Udoh. He graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 1996 with a degree in social work. He moved to the United States in 1976 and accepted a position as a community advisor social worker upon receiving his degree. Sir Henry was a great family man and loving father. He married Gertrude Udoh in June of 1971 and the couple had four children together and six beautiful grandchildren. Henry was a social, active man who was deeply involved in the lives of Hi Akwaibom Community for most of his life. He enjoyed helping his family and his surrounding community. His family and friends will always remember him as a “Great Man of the People”.
