McDonough Southern Cremations & Funerals
Deborah Jane (McMullan) Revis, known to all as “Debi”, was born on August 31st, 1960, in Atlanta, GA to the late Timothy Charles McMullan and Gloria Charle Odom. Debi grew up in Atlanta, GA becoming the eldest sister of four; John McMullan, Kimberly Hall-Green, and Michael Odom. She attended school at Russell High School and began her workforce career very young at the original J.W. Marriott, later becoming the seafood manager for Cub Foods. Debi was known as quite the perfectionist, with a “calculator brain”, who was an exceptional leader in the hospitality industry.
Deborah met her first husband, Allan Crutchfield, in Norcross, GA and married in 1982. They eventually built their own home in Snellville, GA and finally became parents to Courtney, Chelsey, and Carley Crutchfield. Debi met the love of her life, Ed, and the two married in 1996. Ed and Debi later moved to Bethlehem, GA where they bought a home, and became a part of the Publix Management team together. The two of them enjoyed trips to Helen, GA to celebrate Oktoberfest, family beach vacations, and having friends and family together for holidays and birthday parties. Debi will always be remembered to anyone who met her as the one-of-a kind woman she was. She was very independent, strong-willed, and definitely never took “no” for an answer. There was always a solution, no matter the obstacle and beyond all measures she had a very loving heart.
Debi was preceded in death by her great aunt Florrie Jane “Sister”, maternal grandmother Mildred Alexander & Grandfather J.D. Alexander, paternal grandmother Rubie & grandfather Henry McMullan, uncle Kevin McMullan, her mother Gloria Odom and father Timothy McMullan, longtime friend Mark Wagner, and very recently by her loving husband Felix Edward Revis Jr. “Ed”. Debi is survived by siblings John McMullan, Kimberly Hall-Green, and Michael Odom; daughters Courtney Crutchfield, Chelsey Crutchfield, and Carley Crutchfield; step-daughter Elizabeth (Revis) Perkins; grandsons Roland Crutchfield, Ayden Tabone, John Hardegree IV, Connor Merritt, Ashton Merritt, Max Goode, and granddaughter Michaela Tabone; nieces and nephews Rena McMullan, Nichole Ingram, John McMullan II, Krystal Green, Raekwon Green, Montego Odom, Namari Odom, Charlea Odom, and LaMichael Odom; and lifetime best friend June Breuninger; along with several other friends and work family.
