Rafael De Los Angeles

Rafael De Los Angeles was born on December 19th, 2002 in Riverdale, GA. He had a passion for music and was loved by his friends for his clever jokes, loyalty, and sense of humor. Our son’s life was cut short, but the impression he left on the lives of others will never be forgotten. Rafael was a very caring individual that would often put the needs of others before his own. His impact in the community was felt through acts of service such as feeding the homeless with his family and donating clothing items to the less fortunate. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Odalis and Mark Whatley, his two brothers, Joseph and Mark, his sister Madison, his biological father, Rafael Dilone, his grandparents, Jose and Altagracia De Los Angeles, and Betty Whatley, his aunts, Indhira, Mahatma, Leandra, Abib, Kim, Stacey, and Ann. His uncles Nobel and Matthew, and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
