Amanda Nicole Newman

Amanda Nicole Newman, age 33, passed away peacefully at home on October 23, 2021 in Marietta, GA. Amanda is survived by her son, Cayden Lee Newman; her husband, Alan Lee Newman; her parents, Thomas and Diana Cochran; her siblings Alicia Cochran and Ryan Cochran. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul and Karin Reidelberger; her in- laws, Burt and Scarlett Newman. Amanda was born on February 16, 1988 in Atlanta, GA, to parents Thomas Cochran and Diana Cochran. She graduated from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2012 with a degree in criminal justice. Amanda was a family person and a loving mother, wife, daughter and aunt. She married Alan Lee Newman in 2014 and the couple had one son together, Cayden Lee Newman. She was deeply involved in her son's basketball teams. She enjoyed latch hooking, playing cards, bowling and bingo. She enjoyed taking care of her niece and nephew. Her family and friends will always remember her as a gentle spirit and beautiful soul.
