Valerie Anne LeCroy

Valerie A. LeCroy, age 63, passed away October 27, 2021 in Roswell GA. Valerie was born on May 24, 1958 in New York City to parents John and Delvia Alsina. She graduated from Warwick Valley High School in 1976 and then attended the Stone School of Business in West Haven CT. She moved to Georgia in 1983 where she began her successful career as an executive assistant at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), where she retired in March 2021. Valerie’s adopted home state of Georgia was also where she met the love of her life, Jon LeCroy, whom she married in 1989. Although she never had children, she was an awesome aunt to her nieces and nephews, happily giving them lots of sugary snacks and noisy toys. Valerie lived her life to the fullest with no regrets, always being the first one out when playing the popular party game “Never Have I Ever”. Valerie was predeceased by her parents and Jon, her husband of 31 years, who passed away in 2020. Valerie is survived by her sisters Jeanne (James) Kwederis of Unionville NY, Dina Doty of Douglasville GA, and Linda (Art) Oleszczuk of Roswell GA, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Per Valerie’s request, no services will be held, but please consider donating to the National Kidney Foundation in her loving memory.
