Marietta Southern Cremations & Funerals
Our dear mother Linda M. Cochran sadly passed away on June 5th, at the age of 72. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Paulding County, where she lived. She lived her entire life with a great love and respect for the Bible, instilled in her by her parents. She was a loyal servant of God as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 50 years. Her firmly held faith was in the Bible’s promise of the coming resurrection made possible through Christ. She was kind, generous and fiercely loyal. She was predeceased by her precious daughter Teri Rene’ Cochran, her parents, Emory Lonzo McHugh, Jr and Ruby (Holt) McHugh, and her brother Emory Lonzo McHugh III (Butch). She is survived by her daughters: Sonja Dowis and husband Randy, Sheri Hogan and husband Eric and Rebekah McNair and husband Joe, her Brothers and Sister: Larry McHugh and wife Judy, Ruth Flanigan and husband Jerry and Wayne McHugh. She also leaves behind six grandchildren: Joshua and Sean Smith, Austin and Brandon Cochran, Marshall McNair, Grant and Rachel Hogan, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces. She will be dearly missed.
