Janet S. Willoughby

Janet Willoughby, age 78, passed peacefully on July 14, 2022, at home in Powder Springs, GA. Janet Willoughby is survived by her sons, James Rigdon of Barnesville, GA; his wife Kimberly, Jeff Rigdon of Douglasville, GA; his wife Sherri, her four stepchildren: Nancy, Jeff, Cathy and Jason, sister Margaret Williams of Leefield, GA; her husband Toby Davis, Al and Michele Stalcup of Virginia, Tim Stalcup of Brooklet, GA, Randy Stalcup of Texas, and Jake Stalcup of Leefield, GA and their fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her deceased husband Jay Willoughby, Janet was born on January 20, 1944, in Savannah, GA, to parents Woodrow and Agnes Stalcup. She graduated from Southeast Bullock High School in 1962. Later in life she accepted a job at Wellstar Hospital where she worked for more than 25 years.
