Johnathan Edwards Beam

August 8, 1977 ~ September 1, 2022

Our beloved son, brother and nephew Jonathan “Ed” (also known as “Dada”) Beam passed away on September 1, 2022 in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He leaves behind his mother (Sarah Frances Beam), twin sister (Mary Anita Beam), Aunt (Mary Charlotte Hipps), Uncle (Edward Howard) and first cousin (Mary Beth Hipps). Ed’s beautiful smile, caring disposition and goofy sense of humor will be greatly missed. The family takes comfort in knowing the Bible’s promise of the resurrection, which will enable us to be reunited again. (John 5:28, 29) A celebration of life will be held for the family at Southern Cremation Funeral Home in Marietta, GA.

  3. Ed I know I told you but I don’t know if you really knew how proud I was of you these last couple years. It was truly amazing being able to witness the transformation as you dedicated yourself to the Salvation Army’program. Not often to you find a man who has the courage, tenacity, an most of all the will to commit themselves to such a dramatic change of life. Having the opportunity to witness you conquer your demons and pursue your dreams as a Union electrician was more inspiring than you ever knew. I love you brother ❤️ Rabbit 🐰
